Nat One Designer uses customer information to process orders, create custom products, respond to questions, and operate our website. This policy explains how we handle that information.

For custom orders, you may also provide artwork, photographs, personalization details, or other files needed to complete your request.
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, and activity on our website to operate its services and provide website analytics.
This website is not intended for children. All orders — including those for our Little Humans Apparel children’s line — are placed by a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
How We Use Information

Process payments, fulfill orders, and arrange delivery.
Communicate about designs, approvals, availability, and order status.
Respond to questions, returns, and replacement requests.
Save custom artwork to support repeat orders.

Customer Artwork & Files
We edit customer-provided files using Adobe software and retain original and edited files in folders on our computer to make repeat orders easier.
These files are kept while useful for custom work and repeat orders, rather than permanently. You may contact us to request deletion. Some order or transaction records may need to be retained for business, tax, or legal purposes.
Most customer files are edited without AI tools. With your permission, we may upload a customer-provided photo to ChatGPT to improve its quality or resolution. Files uploaded to an outside service are also subject to that service’s privacy practices.
We also use AI tools to create some of our own original design concepts.
Service Providers
Information may be processed by services that help us operate our business, including Squarespace, payment providers, shipping carriers, email services, and tools used to complete custom artwork.
Payment information is handled through the payment services used at checkout. Shipping carriers receive the information needed to deliver your order.
Squarespace also processes certain website visitor information for its own purposes, including operating, protecting, and improving its services. Please review Squarespace’s Privacy Policy for details about its practices.
Cookies & Website Analytics
Squarespace uses functional cookies needed to operate this website. Depending on our website settings and your choices, analytics cookies may also help measure website traffic and activity.
We use Square for payment processing, which may involve its own analytics, and we maintain a Facebook Page, where Meta may provide us with aggregated insights about visitors coming from that platform.

Product Photos & Social Media
We photograph finished shirts and other products and may share those product photos on our website or social media. We do not photograph customers for these posts.
We ask permission before posting product photos that reveal a customer’s name or other identifying personal information. We tag customers only with their permission.
Customers may choose to share their own photos and tag Nat One Designer. Activity on Facebook or other social platforms is subject to those platforms’ privacy policies.
Our site and social pages may link to other websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies before sharing information with them.
Email Updates
If you subscribe to news and updates, we may send promotional emails. You can unsubscribe using the instructions in those emails or by contacting us.
We may still send messages needed to complete or support an order.

We retain information while needed to fulfill orders, support customers and repeat orders, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations.
